Nutrition Counselling with Registered Dietitians
In our weight management services, Dietitians trained in weight management will guide you with evidence-based strategies to manage Obesity, helping you create a realistic, and personalized nutrition plan. Your Dietitian will help you identify the root drivers of overeating patterns by utilizing their training from CBT, mindset coaching, emotional regulation, and binge eating treatment. You will learn tools and skills to sustain your new healthy habits for life!

Victoria Upshaw RD
Victoria is a Registered Dietitian with nearly 20 years of experience practicing in Ontario. Throughout her career, she has focused on chronic disease prevention and management, and also focuses on nutrition management in binge eating disorder treatment. She has training with CBT/DBT tools to facilitate her clients in doing the work while creating a supportive atmosphere. Victoria is dedicated to helping her clients find solutions that work for them and dismantles food rules that become barriers to lasting change. Victoria believes in the power of good nutrition while recognizing its place in the larger puzzle of health. She understands, as a busy mom of 4, how living in our fast-paced world can leave little time for self care. With a gentle style of counselling she helps challenge her clients to rethink and reimagine how they too can live the life they dream of.

- Binge or compulsive eating patterns and the binge-and-restrict cycle
- Nutrition management while using obesity medications

Tedi Glik RD MPH
Tedi is our Lead Dietitian, specializing in women’s health and chronic disease management. Her work focuses on Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), pregnancy and postpartum nutrition, Menopause, and conditions such as type 2 diabetes, Obesity, and Cardiovascular Disease risk factors, including high cholesterol and high blood pressure.
Tedi is deeply committed to empowering clients to achieve their healthiest selves while living fulfilling, balanced lives. She takes a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach to sustainable weight management, emphasizing long-term habits and behavior change over restrictive food rules.
Tedi’s Areas of Focus include:
- Women’s health nutrition, including PCOS, Menopause, and Hypothyroidism
- Perinatal nutrition, including fertility, pregnancy, gestational diabetes, and postpartum care
- Nutrition support for individuals using Obesity medications, such as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Saxenda, and Contrave
Ina Benkova RD MPH
Ina is a Registered Dietitian (RD) in Ontario, with an interest in emotional eating and binge eating disorder. She has additional training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). Ina also focuses on Chronic Disease Management, and supports her clients in managing PCOS, Type 2 Diabetes, Obesity, and Cardiovascular Disease Risk Factors (including high cholesterol and high blood pressure). She creates a supportive space for men and women to overcome challenges, heal their relationship with food, and achieve lasting change.

- Emotional eating using CBT and DBT techniques
- Nutrition management while taking obesity medications (Ozempic, Contrave, Saxenda, Wegovy, Mounjaro)
