We are launching the Women Physicians’ Coaching Community (WPCC) as an add-on to our Best Weight Program.

We’ve brought together some of the best physician coaches to help you break through barriers, overcome burnout, and learn the coaching strategies to quit overeating.

In this Community, you will meet other women physicians for the support and accountability you need to really make strides.

Here's what we'll do together in the Program:

Develop an eating plan that makes sense for you

We don't tell you what to eat or prescribe an unrealistic diet that requires you to be a gourmet chef. You'll work 1:1 with your Registered Dietitian to find an eating plan that is easy, balances hunger hormones, and minimizes food cravings.

Manage the thoughts and feelings that drive overeating

Whether it's mindless snacking, emotional eating, or compulsive bingeing, it all starts in the same place: your thoughts and feelings. You'll learn the Thought Work and Emotional Processing that results in compassionate self-care.

Address the physiology contributing to your weight struggle

Our physicians will look at metabolic bloodwork and discuss obesity treatments options if relevant. Addressing the physiology and psychology behind overeating is truly what produces sustained longterm results.

Plus, you'll get the support you need to address...

Physician burnout. Work Stress. Difficult family relationships. Whatever you need help with, our certified Life Coaches are ready to support you. All HMC Coaches are trained through The Life Coach School under Brooke Castillo. Group coaching is amazingly beneficial because you'll get your own help and benefit from the experience of others.

Our program provides a mix of 1:1 care with numerous weekly group supports.
